libdata-entropy-perl software package provides Perl module for entropy (randomness) management, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdata-entropy-perl
libdata-entropy-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdata-entropy-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdata-entropy-perl *
You will get with libdata-entropy-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
